This section will contain all of your appointments made across your AI Concierge service. This area will collate your appointments across calendars and across AI assistants into one area.
At the top of the page is a range of options to control what appointments are displayed –
- Filter by date
- Here you can choose a relative date to filter your appointments, from Today to Last Month.
- Calendar
- Here you can filter by calendar service.
- Assistant
- Show appointment bookings made by a specific AI assistant.
- Search Appointments
- Here you can manually search for appointments by the contact name and the booking reason.
Clicking Details will take you to the appointment entry on the integrated calendar’s site.
