If you wish to cease a customer’s AI Concierge account, you can do so by contacting the Gamma support team via the following –

The account will be ceased and the email address associated to the account will receive an email informing them that their Gamma AI Concierge service has been ceased.
| Please note: The following will occur once an Gamma AI Concierge account is ceased – All AI assistants will be deleted All phone numbers associated to the account will be unassigned and enter a 90-day quarantine period All tenant data will be permanently removed Once the cease request has begun the above actions are irreversible. |
