High Level Summary #
- Gamma will issue a credit note to the partner of £500 per Eligible Ethernet Circuit ordered in a calendar month should the reseller order four (4) or fewer Eligible Ethernet Circuits in a month;
- Gamma will issue a higher credit note of £1,000 per Eligible Ethernet Circuit ordered in a calendar month should the reseller order five or more Eligible Ethernet Circuits in a given month;
- Eligible Ethernet Circuits are 1Gb:1Gb or those on a 10Gb bearer ordered on a minimum thirtysix (36) month term on TalkTalk Business Ltd (trading as PXC) via Gamma;
- This promotion applies to Eligible Ethernet Circuits ordered until 31st December 2024 and activated within six (6) months of the order date.
Terms and Conditions #
- These terms apply to Gamma’s PXC Ethernet Promotion, which begins 1st October 2024 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall run, unless terminated earlier by Gamma for any reason with
notice to the Company, until 31st December 2024 (the “Offer Term”). - These promotional terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of the Company’s “Supply Agreement” (being either an Electronic Communications Services Agreement, Simplicity Bureau Billing Agreement, Telecommunications Services Agreement, Switchless Resale Agreement or Carrier Services Agreement, as the case may be) with Gamma, and all the provisions of the Supply Agreement will apply to these terms and conditions, and in cases of conflict these terms and conditions will take precedence over the Supply Agreement.
- Your acceptance to the terms is assumed, but should you not wish to receive the discounts set out herein you may opt out by raising a billing query on the Gamma Portal with subject heading ‘PXC Ethernet Promotion Opt Out’.
- In the event the Company orders four (4) or fewer circuits in a calendar month Gamma shall provide a credit note of £500 in respect of each Eligible Circuit. In the event the Company orders five (5) or more Eligible Circuits in a calendar month Gamma shall provide a credit note of £1,000 for each eligible circuit ordered. Such discount shall be provided as a credit note on Gamma’s monthly recurring invoices to you.
- Any circuit ceased within its minimum term shall be invoiced to term, any promotional credits provided shall be repayable in full and, if applicable, no further credits shall fall due in respect of such circuit.
- Gamma shall issue the credit notes in the month immediately following the activation of each Eligible Circuit, subject to such circuit having been activated within six (6) months from its order date.
- This promotion must not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer (including ‘price matching’), discount or incentive agreement
