Range Holders and Losing Communications Providers #
You will need to know who the Range Holder(s) and Losing Communications Provider of the numbers are. For Non-Geographic Numbers we recommend using Magenta Systems to identify who the Range Holder (or Originating Operator as its referred ton Magenta Systems).
You simply enter the non-geographic number into the “Partial Telephone Number to Lookup” text box and click “Lookup Number”. Click on the “Number” link and you are presented with the Original Operator, which is the Range Holder).
This is a 3rd Party Site and Gamma have no input or say on this website.

If the Range Holder and the Losing Communication Provider are the same provider, then this is known as a Provide port.
If the Range Holder is different to the Losing Communication Provider, then this is a Subsequent port. There are additional lead times for Subsequent port orders as there is an extra communications provider that we need to contact to gain acceptance.
If Gamma don’t have a porting agreement with the communications provider then you can still port your numbers to Gamma using our Non-Geographic IPEX Port Process

Expected Minutes per Month #
Gamma pro-actively manage and monitor our network to ensure that the capacity of the network matches the demand. One of the many things that we do for this is asking you when you’re placing a non-geographic port order is to let us know how many minutes this number(s) is going to be used per month. Obviously this is an estimate, and we won’t actually hold you to this figure. We just want to use this data to help with the planning of our network capacity.
