We recommend that you sign up for porting notifications to keep track of your customers porting and migration activity.
To sign up, go to the Gamma Portal and select ‘Reporting’ then ‘Subscribe to Notifications and Push Reports’
There are three notifications relating to ports and migrations:
Porting Desk (GNP) Alert – this will provide you with any generic service affecting notifications should they arise.
Notification of Exports to other Network Providers from this Partner account – this will notify you when your customer decides to export to another network provider.
Notification of transfers to other resellers from this Partner account – this will notify you when your customer decides to migrate to another reseller.
