Step 1
Go to the Gamma Portal and select Mobile > Service Management.

Step 2
Enter the MSISDN (mobile number) into the MSDISN field and select your Partner Account and click “Search”.
The MSISDN will be displayed below the Search button. Using the “Options” menu, select “Amend Network Options”.

Step 3
You’ll be presented with the “Amend Service Options” screen. Here you can prevent the user from being able to make voice calls or send text messages (with the exception of calls to the emergency services) by ensuring the option is selected to “on” and then click Submit.
