Global #

Global alerts allow you to monitor usage on all mobile numbers. On this page, you can configure the thresholds for these alerts. Click ‘Configure Subscriptions’ to define the subscribers who will receive notifications when the thresholds are reached.

A threshold defined globally will apply to every mobile number. You can override these at a group, or individual level.

A subscriber at a Global level will receive a notification whenever any mobile number reaches a defined threshold (unless overrides have been set). A subscription can be configured to send notifications via email or SMS.

Group #

Group alerts allow you to monitor usage on mobile numbers within a defined group. On this page, you can configure the thresholds for these alerts. Click ‘Configure Subscriptions’ to define the subscribers who will receive notifications when the thresholds are reached.

You can override any global thresholds that have been setup using the override switch. A threshold defined on a group applies to all mobile numbers within the group. You can override an individual mobile number by managing the person it is allocated to.

Alerts for a Person allow you to monitor usage on individual mobile numbers. On this page, you can configure the thresholds for these alerts. Click ‘Configure Subscriptions’ to define the subscribers that will receive notifications when the thresholds are reached.

You can override both Global and Group thresholds using the override switch. A threshold defined on a Person will only apply to the number allocated to them.
