Inbound International Number Porting Process

In order to provision or translate any international numbers, as a user you will need to have access to the Gamma International Numbers Portal (Please note: this is a separate log in to the main numbers portal). If you require access to this portal, please contact your internal account manager.

In order to port an international number, please use the following steps:

  • Go into the International Numbers portal
  • Select New Request >> Request a port in >> then follow the steps on screen (choose number type, country etc.)

Please be aware that an agreement to any pricing, the uploading of documents and general updates or queries about your order will be managed via the Gamma Portal.

As a user, you will also be able to track any updates to the order by using the “Overview of requests” section, this page will also detail and changes to the order.
