SIP ALG can have a negative effect on VoIP calls, in particular with Horizon. SIP ALG should be switched off if you are planning to use Horizon.
- Click the three lines menu button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Network Setting.
- Select NAT.
- Toggle SIP ALG off as required.
