If a feature is missing from the Horizon Portal or Gamma Portal, you should refer to your Gamma Portal Admin. To find out who is your Portal Admin you should go to the Gamma Portal, Help and Support and “Portal Administrator”. The Portal Administrator can check you’ve got the relevant permissions.
If you cannot contact your Portal Administrator, or the permissions are not showing for the Portal Administrator you should contact the Internal Account Management team.
